Mallory's Birthday Party....

Image
Yesterday we went to Murfreesboro for Miss Hannah Rogers second birthday party. It was a blast!! Tonya, (Hannah's mom), hired a balloon artist/magician to come and make balloons and entertain the kids. THEY LOVED IT!!!!!! He did a little magic and entertaining in the beginning, then started making all kinds of different balloons for the kids. It was NEATO!!! We hope you had a wonderful birthday Hannah!! The Birthday Girl!!! Here the kids are watching in amazement... Here is Mr. Scott Tripp making a palm tree with a monkey hanging off the side. He also made ladybug bracelets, Spiderman, martians, Strawberry Shortcake , hats, etc. (I think he could've made almost anything you asked for) He was good! Here is a picture of Olivia that I stole off Tonya's blog, (which she knows about of course), of Olivia getting her heart bracelet. Here is the birthday girl blowing out her candle on her Strawberry Shortcake cake.. That cake was gorgeous! Here are Olivia and the kids "pick...

Just a Few Pics....

Here are a few pictures of Olivia before school this morning.. A great big "THANK YOU" to cousin Hayden for this cute outfit he got for Olivia for Valentine's Day. We love you. By the way, that is a big piece of gum in her mouth if you are wondering! She absolutely loves gum right now. Loves it!! And I had to add this picture too. I just love this picture because of the way her little Asian eyes are peeping out from underneath the covers... I know cheesy, but it's just a mother thing I guess....And yes, she is in our bed!!!

Father/Daughter Date Night

Image
Here are some pictures from the father/daughter date night last Saturday at the Civic Center. I forgot my camera, so my sister Mandie sent me her pictures! Thank you sis. My dad takes us to this every year and we have so much fun. My grandfather also takes his daughers (my aunts). There are always a bunch of my family there and we have a blast. Although, I am getting tired of the same old music they are playing every year. They need to change it up some or something. Two of my sisters weren't there this year. One had just had a baby the week before and the other just couldn't make it. We missed them. Also, we felt like Olivia is still a bit too young this year. Maybe in a couple of years she and Jason can join us. We missed them too. Erica and I giving dad some kisses ! Me, Mandie, Dad, Erica and Mea Doing a little dance!!! Here ya go Sally! Somebody in my family ended up getting one of Rayleigh anyway!! This is Rayleigh and my niece Paige. (Not sure that I spelled Raleigh...

Discovery Center ~ Chinese New Year

Image
Here are some pictures from our night at the Discovery Center in Murfreesboro. They were celebrating Chinese New Year last night. Olivia had so much fun. She was all over that place. Some pics before we left. By the way, a big thank you to Aunt Erica, Charlie, Rylan and Ryan for the Chinese outfit they got for Olivia. It looked so cute on. Wish you could've been there. Olivia and Dad checking out the fire truck Olivia and her friend Isabella Olivia and her friend Hannah having dinner in the house (That was a Thanksgiving dinner by the way) This airplane thing was her favorite thing there. Not sure why. But we kept going back to this. "Hey bud, whatcha doing in my plane?" Olivia and one of my best friends ~ Tonya Digging for dinosaur bones Olivia was scared of the dancing dragon (or drums it danced to) Here she is banging those drums after she figured out there was no reason to be scared. Isabella, Hannah, and Olivia watching a penny do a little dance in this bowl.

We're on the mend.......

Well, it seems as though the Jones family is finally starting to get well. Olivia is sleeping through the night now and Jason is starting to feel better thank goodness. I think it lasted about 3 weeks!! I hope none of you get it. Anyway, Monday is my first Anatomy & Physiology II test for the semester. I am really nervous about it. I thought I knew the material fairly well and then he reviewed yesterday and I thought I was going to cry. Evidently, I haven't studied hard enough. I did not know half of the questions he went over. I thought I was going to puke (or cry!) Anyway, I am so stressed about it I dreamed I made a 64 on the test. Too funny. I would just die if I made a 64! I hope the Lord is not trying to prepare me or something. Seriously, I would be devasted. I am really sufffering from stress this semester for some reason. I usually can handle stress fairly well, but not this semester. I have a continous twitch in my eyes. They take time about twitching. And I know it...

The Bug is Here!!!!

Well, sorry I haven't posted in a while. Between school, a sick husband and a sick baby, there has been no time. And yes, you heard it right, Olivia is still sick, or should I say, sick again. I don't know which. After the post I did on Jan. 21st, I took Olivia BACK to the doctor on Thursday (the 22nd) and found out she had an ear infection in both ears, a sinus infection and possible pneumonia. I say possible because the doctors heard something in her chest but did not put her through the x-rays and stuff because the medicine they had to give her for her jacked up ears and sinuses was the same stuff they would have given her for pneumonia, so they didn't put her through that. Which makes sense. So, we got our medicine and we were on the mend. She started getting better, still had a bit of a cruddy cough, but we were getting there. She went back to school last week. THEN, her daddy started getting sick while she was on antibiotics (A little over a week ago). Well, being a m...
