Olivia, her Aunt Erica, Uncle Ryan & cousins Rylan and Charlie

Just some random pictures... Not in any order... Sorry... I don't feel like arranging them!!! :-)

Olivia, Charlie and Rylan on the way to Charlie's kindergarten graduation.

My sister Erica, her husband Ryan, my beautiful niece Rylan and my proud and precious nephew Charlie..

Here is the proud graduate again........

Rylan, Olivia and Charlie chowing down on Memorial Day at Rock Island Park.

Olivia and her gorgeous cousin Rylan. If you will look closely in this picture, you will notice that Miss Olivia has on her nephew Charlie's clothes. It rained this day and the playground was soaked so Olivia therefore got soaked and couldn't handle it. She put on some of Charlie's clothes. She looked so cute in them too... Thanks Charlie.... We love you.

Olivia and Rylan misbehaving at Charlie's graduation!!!!!!

Olivia and her "Can't do no wrong" Aunt Erica at Charlie's graduation!!!!!!!! She loves her Aunt Eka!!!!!

Olivia's Uncle Ryan showing her how to ride a scooter on Memorial Day. Looks like she is really paying attention doesn't it? I would have taken more pictures, but it rained off and on all day and I got tired of fretting over my camera getting wet, so I put it up.....

"Look at my make~up mom"....

So, I was sitting in the computer room at the computer desk writing in a card for my mom and getting some pictures together to send her, and Miss Olivia walks into the room and says "Look mom, look at my make~up!" Isn't she lovely????? I am forever trying to keep this child out of my make~up, but it just doesn't work. She even has her own, but it is just not as good as moms.. All I could do is just grin and tell her how beautiful she looked...Man I love her so much! We are having so much fun already this summer...More updates and pics to come soon when I have more time. Happy Memorial Weekend!!!!

Nana's Birthday/Mother's Day Party.....

Last Sunday, the Jones family had a family get together at Uncle Mike's and Aunt Deana's house for Nana for her birthday/mother's day. Olivia had a blast. Aaron got out his disco lights and music and they had so much fun dancing. I got lots of cute pics. Nana even joined in on the dancing. What would we do without family???

Another Mother's Day Post

Olivia and I before church this morning!!! I am one lucky mom!!

The Most Special Day of my Life......

So, Mother's Day is an "extra special" holiday for me, and I think God worked it out that way purposely for me too. Before Olivia got here, Mother's Day was always a VERY hard day for me after all the miscarriages, ectopic pregnancy and just failed attempts at having a baby..I would sit in church and they would always have something special planned for the mothers and then the service would always have a special meaning in it dealing with parenthood of some sort. It literally killed my soul... I would sit in church on Mother's Day and just bawl for an hour... I remember it like it was yesterday. The last two or three years before Olivia got here, we just didn't go on Mother's Day. I couldn't handle it. Then, two years ago today (well, it was actually a day later in China, but in the U.S. it was Mother's Day) we were "supposed" to get our little China babies.. But something happened (can't remember) and we ended up getting them on Monday (Tuesday in China). So, Miss Olivia was supposed to be in our arms on Mother's Day.. Ironic huh??? It was like after all those years of heartache and yearning for a baby, the Lord was going to hand her to us on Mother's Day.... It is so unbelievable sometimes to look back at what He's done and the heartaches we went through (that we thought we would never get through) to get to where we are today. God really does have reasons for everything and knows EXACTLY what He's doing, even if we don't..... Today, I want to thank Him for the best gift he could have ever given me in this lifetime, and it is our baby Jaylian Olivia Jones. I love her with all of my heart and soul. I hope he can forgive me for my doubting Him in my times of trouble years ago........

I hope you all have one fabulous Mother's Day.....

Here is a sneak peak of a very special post of our actual "GOTCHA DAY" to come later in the week.

This is just moments after the China officials handed Miss Olivia to us.. She never even cried. She was VERY nervous though... I LOVE HER SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Mothers Day....

Happy Mother's Day all! I hope you have a fabulous day......
