Our Little Miracle

Here is a sneak peek of a couple of pictures that Chandi from Chanikki Imagery took of Olivia and her cousins on Sunday afternoon. I am so excited. I am loving them already. I may get in trouble, but Jason's dad surprised everyone when he came out dressed as a woman... Too funny. Olivia wasn't so sure about him. I thought he was cute! :-)

Today was fire truck day at school and Olivia is fascinated with fire trucks for some reason. I was wondering if she would be nervous or intimidated when she actually got up close to the truck, but one of her teachers told me she went right up in the truck. I wish her dad & I had been there. :-( She has also been singing "Stop, drop and roll, if fire's on your clothes, stop, drop and roll."Too cute... I love it. Again, I love her school. On another note, we have been getting all these magazines and ads in the mail with stores advertising their toys and sales and Olivia has been looking at them for days making sure to let us know everything she wants. She is so excited about Christmas this year. Last year she was really scared of Santa Clause so I asked her if she was going to tell Santa this year what she wanted. She stated ,"No, I am just going to write him a check." (She means letter, ( I think :-) I am not sure why she keeps saying check) Too funny!! S...

I need help!! I NEED a Tinker Bell sleeping bag bad!!! If you happen to run across one, or know where I can get one, PLEASE let me know. I have not been able to find one anywhere, even the internet is out of stock on every site I go to. This must be one hot item these days and I didn't even know it. All I know is that Olivia is dying to have one for Christmas. If you ask her what she wants for Christmas, she says "I want a Tinker Bell bed momma". (She is actually referring to a sleeping bag to take to school. It took me a while to figure that out). Anyway,,, please, please if you know or hear of where I can purchase one, please let me know... Thank you oh so much. UPDATE: We have found one!!! Yay!!! Wooo Hooo!!!!!

So, it's 2:54 a.m. and I am unable to sleep because of the impending stress that I see ahead of me in the next 6~8 weeks of nursing school so I thought I would get up and update Olivia's blog and run on the treadmill to relieve some stress. School is going great. I love nursing school, although my grades are not where I would like them to be. That is something I am really having to learn to deal with. It makes you really question your confidence. The teachers told us to trust them, and that there was some reasoning to their madness, but man, it really hurts to study, study, study and not get that A... It makes you sick really! But, we'll see how it goes. I can also be honest and say I do not study like I should. I am struggling in this area because I want to spend my time with Jason and Olivia when I get home from school in the afternoons. Plain and simple.
